Andrea--you must have found by blog through the Strongs' or the Adams' I would think--they are in your ward and I know them because they've been friends with my husband for ages. And I know Brooke Stevenson from high school, she's a dear friend of mine.

Oh and i highly recommend the 30 day shred--it's a great quick workout and makes you feel stronger even if you are like me and can't do pushups and have to use 3lb baby weights. :)
