Every time we visit I think, "We should go to Thanksgiving Point..." And we never do. Sigh, next time for sure! I'm dying to take my kids to the dinos there.

To answer your question from my blog, I have read that yes, you can substitute 1/2 wheat flour for the all-purpose. I haven't tried it yet though.
