Artsy-fartsy

My friend and fellow amateur photographer, Rob, put together a little "photo walk" last weekend. We walked around main street down town and just took photos of whatever we wanted. It was really good for me because I don't feel like i am naturally creative, so i have to force myself to try new things and figure out what works and doesn't work. It was great and i feel like I got a few decent shots. If you want to see all of my favorites you can go to this flickr link. You should check out Rob's page as well (click on his name above). He and his wife are both naturally creative and artistic. So, they have some really great shots that they have posted.

Andrea!!! Those are gorgeous photos- you really do have a knack for it. I am so thoroughly impressed. The nursery is looking GREAT- and you do too. It is crazy to feel our bodies stretched to their limits, eh? You make such a beautiful pregnant mom. How is Eden feeling about things? Have you already chosen a name?

I love the blade of grass with the water drops..it is an awesome picture. I used to be a photographer in high school- back when I actually had to use a dark room to develop the film- I would love to get back into it, but all I have for a digital is a point and shoot camera..what do you have? What fun to go on photo shoots!
Ps I had fun last night with you.. I am glad you laugh at my jokes!

Those look awesome!!! Good job. I am still in the market for a camera, but have it narrowed down I think. Hopefully one day I can take pictures as well as you can & maybe next summer I can come on the photowalk too. YEA for next summer in Utah!!!
