I posted one on your other blog, but I'll give you a new one here. We have a Christmas candle. Starting December 1, we turn out all the house lights and light the candle. Then we read one verse about Christ and his characteristics and talk about it while the candle is burning. When we are done, we end with prayer and each child gets to blow out the candle. (We re-light it so both get a turn.) We finish on Christmas Eve and by then have talked all season about Christ and why He is so important. The kids love it and ask for it.
I am a stay at home Mom of my 3 sweet girls. I love it and am so grateful to my wonderful husband for working so hard and keeping me laughing.
I have recently become interested in photography, and even though I have SO much to learn, I am really enjoying the process.
