Let's see....clean the house, play with the kids? Clean the house......play? What do you think the answer is the majority of the time? It's no wonder we have so many unfinished projects around here.
This totally brings back memories of when I was a kid and my Mom would yell at us for sliding down the stairs on a sleeping bag. So, what would we do??? Wait 'till she was gone and bust out the sleeping bag. Sorry, Mom! The best mode of transport was this long, orange sleeping pad that filled up with air. We would pile on there like we were on a sled and bend the front back to hold us on, then we were off like little laughing rockets. Not much has changed I guess, except now I'm ruining my own carpet and my Mom does not get to hollar at me about it. As you can see, I'm not too attached to my carpet.
*Obviously, these photos are as straight out of the camera as they come. I'm a little too lazy right now to go get my photo program that needs to be re-loaded onto my laptop. So, this will have to do.

Okay, you officially get the coolest parents ever award!!!! Eden is so lucky! haha!
These pictures remind me of when Tyler and I were little, we use to do the same thing on the stairs in our basement. It made our bums sore, but it was SO FUN!
I want to do that!! Can I come over and play:) look how fun Eden is having watching ya'll go down the stairs!:) Love it!
I agree, work shmerk. That's so funny. We do the same thing around here, but Jason built a slide from carboard boxes. It doesn't provide much...well any padding, so the landing hurts a lot, but it's a blast.
I am crying laughing!
Okay, hilarious. This is a perfect example of quality time. Having kids is basically having a second childhood.
I totally remember doing the same thing. How much fun is that. You guys are awesome!!!
Why didn't you bust those out when I was there???? MAN, I GOT JIPPED!!!
Oh how my siblings and I loved to do the sleeping bag down the stair thing. We were at my cousins house one time and put a hole in the wall with our feet as we came shooting dowm the stairs at lighting speed. Woops!!
Cute Annie! Are you sure that is safe for pregnant women??? ;)
